Greene, Maine - On Sunday, #6 Colby faced perennial Maine rivals #7 Bates and Bowdoin, and raced for the 28th President's Cup. Sun, clear skies, and light wind made for some great racing conditions. The athletes, friends, families, and alumni brought the energy. In a thrilling CBB match up, with guest team UMaine, the Colby men won every race, going 5 for 5 on the day. After the racing, Head Coach
Stew Stokes said that "We're really pleased with such a strong performance across all the men's crews today. This race is the biggest of our regular season and they all did a tremendous job. This is a great launching pad for our championship races the next two weekends." The President's Cup, scored for Men's and Women's performances, remains in Bates's hands but the team finished regular season racing today on a high.
