Moseley the 2025 POY Headlines Five on All-Conference Team

Waterville, Maine - The NESCAC Volleyball awards have been released today with five Mules earning a spot including Brady Moseley being named the 2025 Conference Player of the Year. These five set a new high mark for the program topping last years tally of four honorees. 

"Brady is very well deserving of NESCAC Player of the Year," stated Colby Volleyball Head Coach Lindsay Johnson. "Nobody works harder than her day in and day out in our gym. I'm grateful she has been recognized for her tremendous achievements as this program would not be the same without Brady Moseley. A true champion at heart!"

The junior outside hitter joins an elite group of former Colby Volleyball student-athletes. Cait Cleaver the 2005 NESCAC Player of the Year and Kendall Kirby the 2005 and 2006 Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Moseley currently sits at the top of the conference this season in total kills with 313 and total points (349.5). Defensively she ranks tenth in total digs (258). This seasons Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference awards adds on to Moseley's previous NESCAC accolades including 2024 First Team and 2023 Second Team honors. 

Cyanne Jones joins Moseley as a First Team selection with the third most blocks (99) and eighth most service aces (37) in the conference. The middle blocker also has 142 kills on the season while totaling 240 points, the second most points on the team. Jones was previously named to the 2024 All-NESCAC Second Team. 

A trio of Mules have earned All-Conference Second team acknowledgment this season as well; LJ Grant, Gabby Grujic and Kendall Glover. Grant, adding on to her 2024 First Team selection, ranks fifth in the NESCAC in digs (193) and seventh in kills (166). The senior outside hitter also ranks fifth in total points (198). Grujic, who hit the 1,000 assist mark this season (currently with 1,238 in her career), sits a top the conference in aces (43) and fourth in assists this year (538). Lastly Glover, the first-year middle blocker, has the best hitting percentage in the NESCAC with a .370 totaling 117 kills. She is also eighth in blocks per set averaging 1.02.
