Waterville, Maine - The Colby College Men's and Women's Crew teams get their fall campaigns underway this weekend in Worcester, Massachusetts, making its fifth consecutive appearance at the historic Quinsigamond Snake Regatta. The Mules hit the water carrying plenty of momentum, particularly on the men's side coming off back-to-back qualifications for the IRA National Championship.

Isabel Jurado,
Erica O'Donnell, and
Abigail Stathis. The men's squad features deep leadership at the top, guided by an eight-member senior class:
Justin Armata,
Brendan Barrett,
Cole Christensen,
Nathan Dunn,
Theo Grossman,
Bennett Jones,
Charlie Pantelick, and
Dan Steber.
Following the opener in Worcester, Colby heads to Cambridge for the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta on Oct. 17–18 before returning home to host state rivals Bates and Bowdoin at the Fall CBB Regatta on Oct. 24.
"The start of every season brings the excitement of a new team, new energy and a clean slate on which the team gets to write their story for the '26-'27 campaign," Stokes said. "We have one of our largest and deepest teams ever this year and the first couple weeks have seen the team show up ready to get to work, to have some fun and try to make boats go fast. This weekend will be our first chance to test ourselves against outside competition, which we view as a launching pad for the races we have later this month, the Head of the Charles Regatta and our home race against Bates & Bowdoin."
