Gold River, Calif, - Following Friday's performances, both of Colby's crews entered Saturday hungry to race in their finals. The weather was again, perfect for racing and the athletes were met with sunny skies, warm temps, and a very light headwind. The 2V led off the finals for the Mules, racing in the grand final of the second varsity event. The 1V soon followed in the petite final of the first varsity event. Colby raced hard and had good trips down the race course. The second varsity's performance in Friday's heat ensured they would finish better than their #7 seed predicted. The 2V finished 6th in the grand final. The first varsity won their final, earning 7th overall, performing as their seeding predicted. The team returned from California, sent off their seniors, and went their separate ways for the summer. While the loss of

At their second-consecutive appearance at IRAs, Colby remained the youngest of the Division III teams. The future of Colby Crew is bright and those who will return in the fall are hungry to continue building depth and move the program forward. The Mules now put their 2025/26 campaign in the rear-view and look to the future.
