The Colby Women's Swimming and Diving team continued their unbeaten streak on Monday as the beat Connecticut College 184.5-111.5. They are now 5-0 on the season and 12-0 going back to last years undefeated season. With strong swims and dives all around the Mules have continued to show why they are ranked 16th in the country.

The 200 Medley Relay started the meet with the team of Tahlia Crowley, Kellen Mottl, Caitlin Lacey and Eliza Marco swimming to victory and putting up the 1oth fastest time in Colby Swimming History. Zoe Buzzelli and Lucy Mackey would go1, 2 in the 200 Freestyle and were followed by Crowley winning the 100 Backstroke. In the next event, the 100 Breaststroke,  Mottl would win by besting the field by almost 4 seconds.

Going into the first break Marco and Lacey would go 1,2 in the 50 Freestyle. Lacey's time ranks as the 6th fastest in school history. The divers continued to show their strength on the 1M board with a 1,2,3 finish as Avery Rappaport won, Clara Ursu came in second and Kira Johnson earned 3rd, 

Coming out of the break Marco would win her second individual event in the 100 Freestyle. Buzzelli came in right behind her in 2nd. the Mules would also continue to win their next two races. In the 200 Backstroke Zoe Fencil lead 1, 2, 3 finish with Crowley getting second and Alexis Coates swimming to third. Fencil's time in the event now ranks 8th in school history. In the 200 Breaststroke Mottl would go on to win her second individual event of the meet.

The divers would once again go 1,2,3 on the 3M board with Rappaport winning Johnson getting second and Ursu third. In the final event of the meet, the 200 Freestyle Relay,  the team of Mackey, Buzzelli, Marco and Lacey swam to victory to close out the meet with the 9th fastest swim in school history.

Other additions to the Colby all time lists were by Fencil who swam to the 8th fastest time in the 100 Backstroke and Olivia Cauley who put up the 15th fastest time in Colby history in the 200 Butterfly.

Next up: The Mules will travel to Middletown, CT to face off against Wesleyan on Saturday January 24th. the meet start time is 1:00 pm.
