Worcester, Mass. - #9 Women's crew made the trip down to Worcester over the weekend for the New England Rowing Championships. Throughout the day, crews were met with a myriad of conditions between variable winds, rain, and a brief bout of sun. Racing was tight and the Mules were ready. The three women's crews raced a morning heat and afternoon final. The first, second, and third varsity eights were in fields large enough to require three heats meaning the top two teams advanced to the grand final and the next two to the petite final. All three crews performed well in their heats and earned trips to their respective petite finals. Colby finished fourth in each of their respective finals.
