The 2024-25 Academic All-America® Men's Track & Field/Cross Country teams have been announced today by College Sports Communicators (CSC) and Colby's own
Ren Zanze of the Track & Field team has been selected to the third team.
Athletically, Zanze was named a second team All-American at the NCAA DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships this past winter for his finish in the 400-Meter Run. He is the first Indoor Colby Men's Track & Field All-American since Dom Kone '13 in 2012. In the NCAA Outdoor Championships, Zanze earned All-American second team status once again as part of the 4x400-Meter Relay team.
Academically, the Colby graduate accumulated a 3.98 GPA while majoring in Economics. Zanze is just one of two NESCAC athletes to be named to the Academic All-America® Men's Track & Field/Cross Country team.
