Gorham, Maine - The Colby College Men's and Women's Cross Country teams headed to University of Southern Maine for the Huskey Invitational. The Women's team is placed sixth out of thirteen teams, and the Men's team is placed seventh out of eleven teams. 

Ciaran Groom, Kevin Gustafson, and Stephen White of the Men's Cross Country team took the podium for the 1000m run, finishing in 2:43.61, 2:43.63, and 2:45.49 respectively. In the 600m run, Thomas Speltz got fouth place out of thirteen runners, finishing in 1:29.43. 

Claire Beebe, Noe Nalavala, and Bridget Meehan of the Women's Cross Country team also took the podium for the 100m run, finishing in 3:12.94, 3:14.86, and 3:21.50 respectively. In the 600m run, Maddie Bush finished in 1:42.53, taking first place in the race.

The Mules will be at the Colby Mini Meet here in Colby College, on Wednesday, January 29th.
