Waterville, Maine - The Colby College Women's Swimming & Diving team battled Bates and Bowdoin this weekend hosting the annual CBB meet. The Mules defeated the Polar Bears 185 to 110 but came up short to the Bobcats 165 to 131.
This meet included a couple of school records!
Lexi Asch got a record time in the 200 butterfly (2:06.68), while
Annabelle Mullin got a record time in the 200 backstroke (2:04.51). As far as first place finishes, in the 100 Freestyle,
Gabriella Landau took the top spot. On the diving side of things,
Avery Rappaport won both the one meter dive and the three meter dive. Way to go Mules!
Next up for Colby Swimming & Diving, the Men's team will compete in their own CBB held on February 10th at Bates before both teams prepare for the NESCAC Championship.
