Dover, Del. - Colby's own Nashid Bracy, Director of Recreation Services, was recently inducted to his alma mater's, Delaware State University, Wellness and Recreation Center Hall of Fame this past October. 

This award recognized Bracy's work in the field of Wellness and Recreation not only at Delaware State but as well as his work at Bowling Green State Univeristy and now here at Colby College (past, present, and future) for a combined 15 years in the field. 

Bracy joined Colby in 2021 as the Associate Director of Recreation overseeing Intramural and Club Sports. Prior to Colby, he was the Assistant Director for Facilities, Intramural and Club Sports and Special Events at Bowling Green State University.  

At DSU, Bracy obtained his Bachelor's (Criminal Justice) and Master's Degree (Sport Administration) while serving as the Coordinator of Intramural Sports.
