San Antonio, TX - Colby Men's Tennis finished out their spring break trip with an 8-1 loss against 11th ranked Trinity Texas.

The Mules got down 3-0 after the doubles. At line 1, senior captain Jan Wenger and sophomore Jake Cohen lost 8-2, on court 2 junior Sam Henry and sophomore James Bogdanovic fell 8-5 and on court 3 junior captain Joey Barrett and freshman Aidan Kwong also fell 8-5.

In the singles, the Mules battled hard, pushing Trinity to 3 sets on 3 out of 6 courts. At 2nd singles, Cohen lost 6-1, 6-3, 10-7. On court 5, Henry also went the distance with his opponent but came up short in the match tiebreak 7-6(3), 3-6, 10-7. The one win for the Mules came at line 4, where senior Ben Powis overcame his opponent 6-2, 6-7(5), 10-7.

The Mules face Babson College on Saturday April 1st at home.
