Box Score Castine, Maine – The Colby College Men's Basketball team brings winning streak to 10 in 79-59 road victory over the Maine Maritime Academy Mariners.
GAME NOTES
- The Mules continued their hot shooting after almost a month off taking a 52-37 lead into halftime. Matt Hanna and Sam Jefferson were already in double figures at half with 11 and 19 points, respectively. The 15 point lead proved to be too much for the Mariners to overcome as Colby ran away with a 20 point road win against MMA.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE MULES
Jefferson (photo insert) led all scorers with 23 points. He finished going 9-15 from the field and 5-11 from beyond the arc.
- Hanna hit 7 of 12 field goals finishing with 18 points.
- Will King added nine points for the Mules while Alex Dorion pitched in six points off the bench.
- Dean Weiner hauled in 10 rebounds on the night.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE MARINERS
- Andrew Liebert led the way for the Mariners with 15 points including going 5-5 from the free throw line.
- Kimanin Anderson added 11 points for MMA going 5-8 from the field while DeMerrill Levy pitched in eight. Levy also snagged eight rebounds.

- The Mules shot 46.3% as a team from the field and 38.9% from three point land.
- Colby's bench outscored Maine Maritime 21-11.
- Jefferson leads the NESCAC with 25 points per game. He is second in both field goal percentage (62.6%) and three point percentage (52.4%).
