Waterville, Maine - With a 3 set victory (17, 12, 19) over the visiting Monks of Saint Joseph's College, the Colby College Mules move to 2-1 to start the year.  

Eliabeth Middlebrook once again led the Mules in kills with 14, followed by Nicole Petherbridge with 9.  First year setter Morgan Selby paced the team with 28 assists.  As a team, Colby outpaced the Monks in service aces (16-2), kills (35-18), and hit percentage (.206-.068). 

Colby next plays this Friday night at the Ginny Hunt Kilt Classic at Wooster.
