CASTINE, Maine -- Colby College's Karolina Serhan finished with 10 kills and three blocks in her team's 3-1 loss at Maine Maritime Academy in non-conference volleyball Wednesday night.
Colby fell 25-18, 20-25, 25-13, 25-18 in falling to 5-22 overall. The Mules play host to Middlebury College on Friday at 8 p.m. and finish the season Saturday at home against Hamilton College at 2 p.m.
Paige Hanssen added eight kills and seven digs for the Mules. Emily Moslener (pictured) had a solid match with team-highs of 15 defensive dig and 13 assists. Elizabeth Noyes added 10 digs, four kills, and two service aces.
Gillian O'Neal led all players with 12 kills, hit .282, and had 12 digs for the Mariners (18-7 overall). Tess Clark had a match-high 16 digs and added 11 kills. Sydney Adams dished 27 assists and had 10 digs.
