Sarah Lama joined the Colby Sports Medicine staff to begin the 2024-2025 academic year.
Sarah is from Southbury, Connecticut and graduated from Merrimack College as a Double Warrior, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science (December 2022) and a Masters of Science in Athletic Training (May 2024).
Throughout Sarah’s clinical experiences she has interned with a variety of sports. Her last rotation was at Harvard University working primarily with Women’s Hockey and Women’s Tennis. In the Fall of 2023 she was at Colby working primarily with the football team. She also spent a semester interning at Wellesley College and Methuen High School.
Sarah provides direct medical services for Football, Women's Basketball, Alpine & Nordic Skiing and Spring Rugby.
