Why I chose Colby:  I chose Colby for the ability to foster lasting friendships and meaningful relationships with peers, professors, and coaches. The small class sizes and close-knit community make it easy to connect on a personal level with faculty and mentors. There is a perfect blend of academics and athletics, all within a beautiful campus and insane athletic facilities. I knew that Colby would shape me into a successful leader in all areas of my life, preparing me to overcome challenges and achieve greats things beyond graduation.

Major:  Science, Technology, and Society Major with Economics Minor

Favorite Place on Campus:  Miller Lawn

Most Memorable Team Experience:  My most memorable team experience was beating Wesleyan, on their home turf, in the third round of NCAAs. It was our second matchup against them that season. The game was a nail biter, but we played well the entire 60 minutes and kept fighting until we earned that win. The energy on the sidelines was palpable and fueled everyone on the field. Amidst the stress of finals week, we came out on top, demonstrating the grit, resilience, and heart it takes to be a Mule.

Favorite Professional Athlete: Simone Biles
