Biography
Why I chose Colby: I chose Colby because I wanted to explore a wide variety of academic paths and opportunities, and the energy on campus is vibrant, focused, and peaceful.
Major: Biology and Spanish
What do you think about the new Athletic Center: I'm grateful for it every day! Having access to so much athletic equipment, plus amenities like compression boots and laundry, is a privilege that really helps me thrive.
Favorite Place on Campus: The top of Runnals Hill! The wildflowers, garden, and views of Waterville are incredible.
Most Memorable Team Experience: It would have to be returning from NESCACs in spring 2022--it was an 8-hour bus ride filled with the special blend of laughter, joy, and exhaustion that comes after a hard meet. We arrived back at 2:00 am, and showering in the locker room at that hour was surreal and hilarious.
Internship/Work Experience: In my sophomore year, I interned with Healthy Northern Kennebec during JanPlan, and this summer I researched food insecurity in the Waterville area with the Jewish Studies department.
