Biography

Why I chose Colby: I visited campus for the Colby v. Middlebury game in 2018 and loved the spirit and rivalry on display by the Colby Faithful. I felt an immediate attachment to the Colby community. 

Major: History with a Managerial Economics Minor

What do you think about the new Athletic Center: The facilities, from the locker room to the weight room to the study areas, are unparalleled in D3 sports.

Favorite Place on Campus: The locker room

Most Memorable Team Experience: Beating Conn in a shoot out on Senior Day 2021 on a wicked warm day with students packing the stands for the first time in over a year 

Internship/Work Experience: Interned at Civic Financial Services, 360 Branding & Marketing, and JMP Securities while at Colby 

Plans After Colby: Continue pursuing my interest in photography while preparing for graduate school


2020 season highlights: Hobbs finished the abbreviated season with two caused turnovers and one ground ball.

2019 season highlights: Hobbs appeared in two games, finishing the season with five ground balls and one caused turnover.
