BEFORE COLBY

Will graduated from Episcopal Academy, where he played soccer and baseball. He was an AP Scholar with distinction, a team MVP, and a All-Inter-AC Second Team selection.

AT COLBY

Will is double majoring in Government and Economics with a concentration in Financial Markets. He is a Colby Cares About Kids mentor, a COOT leader, and a class senator for the Student Government Association. Over the past summers, he has interned at the Constitutional Resource Center and the Ohana Company, as well as studied at the London School of Economics. Will was also an incoming equity research assistant at Morningstar.

2018 season highlights: Will batted .317 while making 28 starts. He was second on the team in total hits (33) and tied for the team lead in triples with three. He also had five doubles and drove in 11 runs. Will also led the Mules in stolen bases with 10. 

2017 season highlights: Phillips played in 15 games for the Mules in his first season, finishing with three hits, three runs, and six put outs. He also made five appearances on the mound, striking out two batters in 5.1 innings.
