Biography

BEFORE COLBY

Delaney graduated from Milton Academy, where she played field hockey, ice hockey, and softball. She was an All-Independent School League selection in softball (2011, 2012, 2013) and hockey (2013), and a Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic softball selection (2012, 2013).

AT COLBY 

Delaney majors in History and minors in Managerial Economics at Colby. She works with the Colby Volunteer Center. In the summer of 2015, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston and worked at W.B. Mason.

2016-17 season highlights: Flynn played in all 24 games for the Mules this season. She had five goals and four assists on the year and was tied for second in team scoring (nine). Delaney was tied for the team lead in power play goals (2). She finished her career with 20 goals and 18 assists for 38 points. She was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team for the third straight year.

2015-16 season highlights: Flynn played in 23 games for the Mules, finishing the year with six goals and a team-leading 10 assists. She finished fourth among Mules in total points and was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2014-15 season highlights: Flynn played in 24 games for the Mules in her sophomore season and finished the year with seven goals and two assists. Delaney was second on the team in scoring, and two of her goals came on the power play. She was on the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2013-14 season highlights: Delaney played in all 25 games and had two goals (one on the power play) and two assists in her first year. She had one goal and one assist in conference play.
