Billy Parker is the Assistant Dean of Students at Colby and has been volunteering as an Offensive Assistant for the football team since 2021.
Parker came to Colby in January of 2020 as the Assistant Secretary of the College working to support the work of the College’s Board of Trustees. He transitioned into his current role in February of 2023. In his current role he supports the Dean of Students by advancing strategic long-term projects within the division.
Parker graduated from Colby in 2016 with his bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Sciences with a Concentration in Statistics. In 2020 he earned his master’s degree in Higher Education and Leadership Studies from Boston University. During his time at Colby, he was a member of the Football and Indoor and Outdoor Track teams. He served as a captain of the Track team his senior year. He is a native of Methuen, MA and was a member of the football, basketball and track teams at Methuen High School.
Parker lives in Waterville with his wife, Haley, a 2018 Colby graduate who starred on the women’s basketball team, and their two dogs, Zeke and Zoey.
