Biography

Why I chose Colby: There is a strong understanding as a Colby student-athlete that you will be performing at a very high level both academically and athletically. I wanted to be a part of the supportive community that consistently pushed me to grow, both in the classroom and on the field.

Major: Global Studies Major, Economics Minor

What is your Favorite Part of the Athletic Center: The best part of the athletic center has to be the weight room, especially when we have team lifts. Every time we step foot in there the energy just absolutely skyrockets. It’s just such a fun space to have really a positive and productive lift with teammates— always the best part of my day.

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place on campus is easily athletic center. It’s impossible to compete with a building that is home to our locker room, trainers/recovery room, and prime study spaces.

Most Memorable Team Experience: One of my favorite moments with Colby Field Hockey was bus karaoke. Best performance: Hips Don’t Lie by Marian Searby. Most musically gifted: Shallow by Lily Conway. Needs singing lessons: Valerie by Casey Winslow.
