BEFORE COLBY
Kaleigh played field hockey and competed in track and field at Chelmsford and captained both as a senior. She earned all-conference and scholar-athlete honors in field hockey.
AT COLBY
Kaleigh is a Government and Spanish double major at Colby and works in the Alumni Center during the year. Kaleigh is also a Colby Cares About Kids mentor and a member of the Student Planning Board. She also has thrown the javelin on the track and field teams at Colby.
2016 field hockey season highlights: Hoffman, a captain and defender, started all 15 games for the Mules, finishing with an assist and a defensive save. She was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad and the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.
2015 field hockey season highlights: Hoffman played in 12 games on defense for the Mules in her junior season. Kaleigh was on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad and the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.
2015 outdoor track season highlights: Competing solely in the javelin for the second year, Hoffman finished 10th at the Jim Sheehan Memorial, third at the Colby Invitational, fifth at the Bowdoin Invitational, seventh at the NESCAC Championships, and 21st at the New England Division III Championships.
2014 field hockey season highlights: Hoffman was a player off the bench for the Mules on defense. She made the National Field Hockey Coaches Association National Academic Squad and the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.
2014 outdoor track season highlights: Hoffman competed in three events for the Mules, taking eighth in the javelin and sixth in the long jump at the Bates Invitational, ninth in the javelin at the Bowdoin Invitational, and 11th in the javelin at the NESCAC Championships.
2013 field hockey season highlights: Hoffman played in back during her first year with the Mules. She was named a National Field Hockey Coaches Association Scholar of Distinction. Kaleigh also earned the NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad honor.
