Colby Recreation Personal Training Outline

 The goal of Colby Recreation Personal Training is to motivate, guide, and educate clients to achieve their fitness goals and overall wellness in a one-on-one setting. 

Currently, we are offering 8-session personal training packages, each session being 45-60 minutes in length. 

Each Personal Training package includes:

  •  Equipment/ Facility Orientation
  • Movement assessments at the first and last sessions of your package
  •  Individualized exercise programming
  • Goal setting and collaborative exercise planning 
  • 8 Trainings

 

Here’s how to get started:

  • Fill out the Personal Training Interest Form
  • Based on the information provided, we will match you with a trainer. Your trainer will directly reach out to you to introduce themselves, deliver your pre-visit questionnaires, and schedule your sessions together.  
  • Additionally, your trainer will ask you if you would like to schedule an equipment orientation session.
