Northborough, Mass. — The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2026 Division III All-Region teams, with three members of the Colby College Women's Lacrosse program earning recognition in the Pilgrim Region.

Gisele Uva headlined the awards for the Mules, securing a spot on the All-Region First Team. The first team All-NESCAC selection was an absolute force for Colby all spring, spearheading both the transition game and defensive unit. By earning First Team honors, Uva advances to the national ballot for IWLCA All-American consideration.

Joining Uva with regional honors are teammates Julia Maimonis and Izzy Wang, who both received Second Team All-Region selections.

Maimonis was a focal point of the Colby offense, consistently finding the back of the net and tracking as one of the team's top goal scorers with 15 on the season. Meanwhile, Wang anchored the defensive efforts with elite positioning and hustle adding on to her Second Team All-NESCAC award. 

The three student-athletes represent a total of 256 players in Division III to be honored across the country. The IWLCA will officially announce the 2026 All-American teams later this week on Friday, May 22.
