Williamstown, Mass. - In a tightly contested NESCAC road matchup, the Colby Women's Squash team battled from top to bottom but ultimately fell to Williams on Saturday afternoon.
Providing consistency for the Mules, senior Laavanya Kugan '26 continued her undefeated season with a commanding 3–0 victory. Kugan showcased poise and composure, silencing a loud home crowd with her steady and controlled play. Colby's second point came at the number three position, where Abhisheka David '26 demonstrated grit and determination, outworking her opponent to secure a hard-fought win.
The Mules showed grit throughout the lineup, with Maggie Motch '28 taking a game and Nathalie Sim '27 battling for over 40 minutes in a grueling four-game match before narrowly falling 15–13 in the fourth.
The Mules will continue their road trip on Sunday, facing another challenging NESCAC opponent in Middlebury.
