Women's Lacrosse Headed to Virginia for Final Four

Waterville, Maine - The Colby Women's Lacrosse team is bound for the NCAA Division III Final Four for the first time in program history following a narrow 7-6 win over #7 Wesleyan on Sunday. With the victory, the Mules set a new program record of 17 wins in a single season. 

#4 Colby will be joined by #1 Middlebury, #2 Tufts, and #5 Gettysburg at Kerr Stadium on the campus of Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia for the remaining games of the NCAA Division III Championships. The Mules are set for a semifinal round matchup against Middlebury this Friday, May 23rd at 4:00pm with hopes of advancing to Sunday's championship game at noon against the winner of Tufts versus Gettysburg. During the regular season, Colby fell to the top ranked Panthers in a tight 12-11 contest here in Waterville.
