Waterville, Maine - The fifth seeded Colby College Men's Squash team is set to face No. 4 Middlebury this Saturday, February 8th, in a NESCAC quarterfinal round matchup.
During the regular season, the Mules defeated the Panthers on January 18th in a close 5-4 final here on Mayflower Hill. Colby will look to take the lead in the tournament series against Middlebury as it currently stands at 1-1 after the Panthers posted a 9-0 win in the 2017 quarterfinals. The Mules are currently 4-1 in their last five matches as they hold a 7-4 overall record and 5-3 conference record.
Saturday's matchup between the two teams is schedule for an early 10:00am start which will be followed by the other three quarterfinal round matches taking place throughout the day. The four winners will advanced to the semifinal round on Sunday morning with the championship match schedule for a 4:00pm start that same day. All matches will take place at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn.
