  For the second week in a row the Mules fought hard and had their dual meet vs. Hamilton come down to the last relay. Unfortunately this time the difference was .13 in Hamilton's favor. For the meet Colby beat Trinity by a score of 211-70 but lost to Hamilton 132-129. Throughout the meet the team fought hard and
Brendan Kirberger,
Brandon Morrison,
Alex Ruckel-Bekefi and
Brandon Xiong all had multiple victories.
  The meet started out strong with the 200 Medley Relay team of Xiong,
Shepard Kerscher, Ruckel-Bekefi and Morrison winning and setting a new pool record of 1:33.30. This was followed by wins in the 1000 free by Kirberger and in the 200 Freestyle by
Amaan Siddiqui. In the 100 Butterfly Morrison would lead a 1,2 charge as he set a new pool record of 51.16 and was followed in 2nd by Ruckel-Bekefi. With his time of 51.30 Ruckel-Bekefi moved himself up to 8th place all time in Colby's swimming history.
  In the 2nd half of the meet Xiong would start the winning ways as he won the 100 backstroke. In the 500 freestyle and 50 butterfly Colby would again go 1,2 in both events. Kirberger won the 500 and was followed closely by Siddiqui in 2nd. In a reverse of the 100 Butterfly, Ruckel-Bekefi took first in the 50 Butterfly with Morrison taking second and
Todd Siekman getting 4th. Ruckel-Bekefi's time of 22.80 moves him into 4th place all time in Colby History.
  In a tough fought meet with the scores changing constantly the meet went down to the last relay with both team needing 1st to win the meet. Both teams gave their all and the difference was .13 seconds with Hamilton taking the victory and winning the meet by 3 points.
  The Mules had a great fall with 2 very close dual meets and a historic win over Amherst for the 1st time ever. They will look to continue this momentum after Thanksgiving break with the Maine State Meet December 5th and 6th in Waterville at Colby. The meet will begin at 6 pm on the 5th and 10 am on the 6th.
