Atlanta, Georgia - The Colby Women's Tennis team gave #7 Emory their best shot, falling 1-8 to the Eagles. 

On the first match of spring break, the Mules went 0-3 in doubles, with the number two paring of Sydney Landau and Isabella Suk battling closely, ultimately falling 6-8. 

In singles, first-year Jade Finestone and Michaela Landry stepped up for the Mules, with Finestone winning 6-4 6-2 at the #5 position. Finestone has been playing top notch tennis for the Women's Tennis team, grabbing her third win in a row on her 19th birthday. Landry also battled hard, falling 4-6, 5-7 to the Emory #6. 

The Colby Women's Tennis Team is back in action tomorrow at 3 pm against #14 Sewanee.
