Men's Ice Hockey Beats Connecticut College

Waterville, ME - On Friday evening, Colby beat Connecticut College 1-0 following a 1-3 loss earlier this season. All time, the Mules now lead the Camels 24-7-7. Following this matchup, Colby has a record of 9-11-3 (5-9-3 in conference) while the Camels fall to 9-13-2 (7-11-0 in conference). 

This game was highlighted by a scoreless three periods, as both teams were neck and neck with 51 total shots on goal. Colby had 26 shots on goal, while the Camels had 25. Senior Andy Beran held down the Colby net with 25 saves at Goalie. In overtime, the Mules won the first three faceoffs and maintained possession to find a goal at around 4 minutes from senior Griffin Grise, assisted by senior John McElaney and Junior Jake MacDonald

Men's Ice Hockey is back in action Saturday, February 17th against Tufts University to conclude the regular season.
