Waterville, ME - The Colby Men's Tennis team fell 7-2 to 5th ranked Williams on Sunday, April 16th.

The Mules were able to win 1 out 3 doubles matches, giving Williams the 2-1 edge heading into the singles. On court 1, senior captain Jan Wenger and sophomore Jake Cohen fell 8-2. At line 2, junior Sam Henry and sophomore James Bogdanovic also lost 8-2. At 3rd doubles, junior captain Joey Barrett and freshman Aidan Kwong overcame their opponents 8-7.

In the singles, Henry added the only point for the Mules, overcoming Simon Volkema of Williams at line 5 6-3, 6-4. The Mules put up a fight in singles, but were unable to convert.

Colby continues NESCAC play on Thursday, April 20th against 11th ranked Bowdoin.
