The Mules Place Fifth in NCAA East Regional

Hopkinton, NH - Colby College Women's Cross Country traveled to the Franklin Pierce Cross Country Course in Hopkinton, New Hampshire to compete in the NCAA DIII East Regional Championship. The Mules end their team season with an impressive 5th place finish out of 34 teams. 

Catherine Mongan led the way for the Mules with a 20th place finish out of 231 competitors and a time of 22:41.59. Abby Steffler was close behind grabbing a 27th place finish with a time of 22:48.23. Claire Beebe and Penny King were also able to finish within the top-50 placing 34th and 40th respectively. 

On Saturday November 18th at 11:00 a.m., Gordon Doore will head to Newville, Pennsylvania to compete in the NCAA Championships representing all of Colby Cross Country.
