Bangor, Maine- This weekend, Colby College Women's Cross Country traveled to Bangor to compete in the Maine State Meet. In their third meet of the season, the Mules surpassed the competition, finishing in 3rd out of 10 places. 

In the competition at Saxi Park, sophomore Abby Steffler led the way for the Mules with a time of 23:09.9 for 11th place. Colby had three back-to-back finishes within the top 15, with senior Penny King and freshman Abbey Wolfe following right behind Steffler with respective times of 23:17.9 and 23:29.4. 

On October 14th, Colby College Women's Cross Country will travel down to Boston, Massachusetts to compete at Suffolk University.
