Hartford, Connecticut- Colby Men's Hockey battled against Trinity College in a matchup Friday night.

The Mules got off to a quick start against the Bantams, tallying some early shots on goal. Trinity, however, would find the scoreboard first scoring with six minutes left to play and would carry this advantage into the second period. Trinity continued to outshoot Colby, scoring a short-handed goal against the Mules to go up by two goals heading into the final period. In the final twenty minutes, senior
Carter Breitenfeldt sparked the Mules' offense scoring his first goal of this season. With Colby now within one, Doolin added a goal of his own just over three minutes later after collecting a pass from
Alex Bourhas to tie the game at two goals each. The Bantams fought back, scoring the go-ahead goal and game winner with about five minutes left in the period.
Andy Beran made 31 saves for Colby.

The Mules will play Wesleyan University in a NESCAC game tomorrow afternoon at 3 PM in Middletown, Connecticut.
