Trinity scored in the top of the first, which the Mules quickly responded to as they scored in the bottom of the second. Then the game remained scoreless until the bottom of the ninth when
Drew Miller hit in
Brady O'Brien for the walk off victory. It was Miller who led the team in both hits and RBIs, with two of each.

Game two saw

Marcus Forrester,
Brady O'Brien,
Cole Palmeri,
Drew Miller,
Clint Flippo,
Matthew Panker, and Greg LeClair all had one hit of their own. Thus, indicating that the Mules won the game as a team and did not rely on any one individual.
Finally, game three saw Colby assert dominance over Trinity, winning 14-7 and securing a tie for the top record in the NESCAC east, as well as a home series in the first round of the NESCAC playoff.
The Mules put up nine runs in the first inning and didn't relent for the remainder of the game. They scored another in the sixth, and put the game away completely with four runs in the bottom of the eighth.
