Hartford, Conn. - The Colby Softball team traveled down to Trinity College for a three-game series against the Bantams. The Mules and Bantams enter the series tied with 6-3 records in second place in the NESCAC East. Trinity edged Colby in the opener for a 5-2 victory. Â

th RBI of the year on single that scored

Abby Orso pitched a complete game for Colby, striking out five batters along the way. She was backed by a stellar defense that went error-free in the field. Wilcox led the Mules with three hits, bringing her season total to 46 and tying her for the NESCAC lead. Colby out-hit Trinity 10-8 on the day.Â

Colby will play their final two games against the Bantams Saturday with games at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
