Waterville, Maine. - The Colby Men's Lacrosse Team beat the Bates Bobcats Wednesday afternoon in a NESCAC matchup 22-8. This win propels them to 3-7 in the conference and 6-7 overall.

Max Solmssen each tallied three in the runaway matchup.
Will Rickards had 12 saves in net today. Colby built a seven-goal lead to open the game before the Bobcats broke the crease. Colby had strings of six unanswered goals in the third quarter and five unanswered goals to close out the contest. The Mules outscored Bates in each quarter but the second.
Colby now sits at #9 in the NESCAC. The top 8 teams play in the postseason tournament.
