Waterville, Maine- The Mules Men's Hockey Team played against Connecticut College in their final regular season matchup. Honoring their nine seniors, the Mules could earn the #1 spot heading into NESCAC playoffs with a win. Sophomore
Andy Beran would get the start in net, totaling nineteen saves in the eventual 4-0 win.

The Mules significantly outplayed the Camels in the first period, outshooting them 15-3. Despite outshooting the Camels, the Mules could not find the back of the net and would head into the second period tied at 0-0.

The Camels slowed down the Mules in the second period, only allowing the Mules to get off nine shots in the period and getting six of their own shots on Beran. The Mules had one power play opportunity in the second but were unable to score. Junior
Jacob Thousand would scoring his first goal of the year at 18:44 of the period to put the Mules up 1-0 going into the final period of play.

In the final twenty minutes of play Connecticut College would have several good looks on Beran, but he would be able to maintain the shutout, his second of the weekend and fifth of the season. First-year
Max O'Brien would score his first career goal on a delayed penalty, with
Jack Sullivan and
John McElaney earning assists to put the Mules up 2-0. Senior
Michael Morrissey would score an empty net goal at 18:08 to solidify the win for the Mules, with senior
Justin Grillo getting an assist. Junior
Alex Bourhas would score his second goal of the weekend, on an empty net for the Mules, senior
Brian Sanzone and
Jacob Thousand earning assists on the goal that would put the Mules up 4-0. Senior
Joe MacDonald would play in the last minute of the game, saving a shot in the process.
