Williamstown, MASS. - Colby Women's Soccer traveled to Williamstown, Massachusetts Saturday to face the Williams Ephs. Despite a strong effort from the Mules, they fell to the Ephs with a final score of 0-3.

The first period underscored the Mules' strong defense. Goalie
Ashley Boardman '23 saved four shots by the Ephs, holding them scoreless to the end of the period. The Mules retaliated with a shot on the goal by
Juliette Nadeau '22 which was saved by Williams goalie Chelsea Taylor.

The second period proved more difficult to hold off an aggressive offense from the Ephs. The first goal of the half was scored in the first five minutes. Despite various unsuccessful shots from the Ephs, they were able to manage another two goals by the end of the game.

Colby Women's Soccer is next set to face the Middlebury Panthers at home on Saturday, October 16 at 11:00 AM EST.
