Colby College

Nicki Veilleux enters her fifteenth year as a member of Colby Athletics' Administrative team with the 2025-26 academic year. She was promoted to Senior Associate Director of Athletics in the 2024-25 academic year and is the Budget and Human Resources manager for the Colby Department of Athletics. Veilleux has sport oversight responsibilities for the Men's and Women's Soccer, Men's and Women's Squash, and the Baseball and Softball programs, and also oversees the Equipment Room.

Projecting and maintaining over 80 annual budget accounts and other endowed accounts, Veilleux sets the direction for the allocation of spending for the department. In her HR role, she is involved with the hiring of all assistant coaches. Working at Colby since 2002, she was in the Dean of Students Office for 8.5 years before transitioning to Athletics.

Professionally, Veilleux is an active member in CABMA (College Athletics Business Management Association). She was one of only 24 women from all NCAA divisions selected to participate in the NCAA's 2020 Lessons in Management workshop. Veilleux earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and MBA from Thomas College and was a President's List student.
