Courtney Anderson joined the Colby Volleyball coaching staff ahead of the 2025 season.
On top of working with the Mules, Anderson has been the Director of Recruiting and Social Media at the East Coast Volleyball Club since 2018 where she has overseen recruiting efforts for 160 plus athletes while hosting high-impact recruiting showcases. Anderson is also the Director of Coaching and Program Development and has been since 2020.
Prior to her work at the East Coast Volleyball Club, Anderson was the Head Coach for Princess Anne High School from 2018-2020. She lead the team to the regional semifinals every year with a 45-5 overall record over the course of her time with the program.
From 2013-2016, Anderson was an assistant coach for Virginia Wesleyan College. She helped lead the team to multiple conference appearances while contributing to a 132% win rate improvement.
