Adam Canfield joined the Colby Athletics Staff to start the 2022-23 academic year as a Sports Information and Communications Specialist after graduating from Dean College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management. In the spring of 2025, he completed his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at Thomas College.
To begin the 2023-24 academic year, Canfield was promoted to his current role as the Assistant Director of Sports Information and Communications. His areas of responsibilities revolve around statistics, roster and website management, web articles and social media with an impactful role in video creation and student worker supervision.
While at Dean, Canfield gained most of his athletic communication experience by working and inputting statistics for a variety of home sporting events. He also worked with the Providence Bruins and interned at Grafton High School during his time in college to further his skills in statistics and game day management.
Now Canfield will continue in helping run and organize a highly efficient division III gameday program in his fourth season at Colby in the 2025-26 academic year.
