Summer Internship/Work Experience: Over the past few summers Wood has worked as a lab technician at a materials testing laboratory and conducted Alzheimer’s research at the University of Copenhagen. On campus, Wood is a research assistant for the Psychology department and a Biology tutor.
Favorite Place on Campus: Olin Library
Most Memorable Team Experience: "Our bus-ride karaoke sessions."
Plans After Colby: "I plan to work for a year then pursue a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience."
What do you think of the new Athletic Center?: "The facilities are absolutely gorgeous, and I’m very excited to start playing in the new gym!"
2019 season highlights: As a junior, Wood played in 25 matches and had 103 digs and 18 aces.
2018 season highlights: Delaney played in 11 matches for the Mules. She finished the season with 18 digs and 1.13 digs per set.
2017 season highlights: Delaney had 47 defensive digs and two service aces.
