Biography

Julia graduated from Oakmont Regional High School.

Julia is a Biology major with a Neuroscience concentration.

2017 outdoor season highlights: Julia was 11th in the long jump at the NESCAC Championships and also competed in the event at the New England Division III meet. She was fourth in the long jump and 11th in the 100 dash at the Tufts Sunshine Classic. Rembetsy-Brown also was fifth in the long jump and seventh in the 100 at the Aloha Relays. She was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2017 indoor season highlights: Rembetsy-Brown finished fourth in the long jump at the Maine State meet. She was second in the long jump at the Bowdoin Invitational and fourth in the Wheaton Invitational. She also competed in the 60 dash and 100 dash during the season. Julia was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

2016 outdoor season highlights: Julia earned all-conference honors in the long jump at the NESCAC Championships for her third-place finish in 5.39 meters. At the New England Division III Championships, Julia ended with a 10th-place finish. Julia closed out the year with a sixth-place finish in the long jump at the ECAC Championships. Rembetsy-Brown started the outdoor season at the Colby Open with a win in the long jump and a fifth-place finish and personal best of 27.74 in the 200 dash. At the Aloha Relays, Julia jumped to a second-place finish in the long jump. Julia was on the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team.

2016 indoor season highlights: Rembetsy-Brown opened the season at the Bates tri-meet, finishing third with the 4x200 relay team, third in the 60 dash, fifth in the 200 dash, and sixth in the long jump. Julia finished second in the long jump and third in the 60 dash at the Bates Invitational. She competed in four events at the Wheaton Invitational, taking first in the long jump. At the Maine State Championships, Julia finished sixth in the long jump and 14th in the 200 meters, and finished the season finishing 18th in the long jump at the New England Division III Championships. She was named to the NESCAC Winter All-Academic team.

2015 outdoor season highlights: Rembetsy-Brown opened the season by taking 16th in the long jump at the Point Loma Invitational. Julia then competed in the Jim Sheehan Memorial, finishing fourth with the 4x100 relay team and second in the long jump. At the Bowdoin Invitational, Rembetsy-Brown finished second in the long jump, 12th in both the 100 and 200 dash, and sixth with the 4x100 relay team. At the NESCAC Championships, Julia took ninth with the 4x100 relay team and 10th in the long jump. Julia concluded her season by taking 14th in the long jump at the New England Division III Championships.

2015 indoor season highlights: Rembetsy-Brown opened the season by taking 10th in the 200 dash and third with the 4x200 relay team at the Bates Invitational. She then took second in the 4x400 relay, 13th in the 200, and fifth in the 55 dash at the USM Invitational. At the Maine State Championships, she took ninth in the 60 dash, 13th in the 200, and fourth in the 4x200 relay. Rembetsy-Brown finished her season at the New England Division III Championships, taking 11th with the 4x200 relay team.
