Erin Reeves

In the fall of 2022, Colby Athletics announced Erin Reeves as the next head coach of the Women's Tennis program, marking the first time in program history that the Men's and Women's teams have had separate head coaches.  Reeves, who has significant experience coaching across all levels of tennis, now enters her fourth season with the Mules with the start of the 2025-26 season.

In all three season, Reeves has led the Mules in earning a spot in the conference tournament.

In the 2024 spring season, Reeves earned the NESCAC Coaching Staff of the Year award while coaching two All-Conference players including All-American Sam Riordan.

Prior to Mayflower Hill, Reeves held the post of Assistant Women's Tennis Coach at Tufts University.  In three years guiding the Jumbos, Reeves coached two 2022 national champions, multiple athletes to All-American status and was responsible for recruitment operations of the women's program.

After a highly successful playing career at Fairfield University where she led her team to its first ever appearance at the NCAA Division I tournament, Reeves began her coaching career at her alma mater as the assistant coach of the Men's and Women's Tennis programs.  Following three seasons at Fairfield, Reeves turned her focus to developing younger players through junior circuits, earning Regional High School Coach of the Year honors three times (2009, 2016, 2017) and United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) Regional Pro of the Year in 2014.
