BEFORE COLBY
Emily graduated from Walt Whitman High School and was a member and two-year captain of the soccer team. She also was a member of the track team, winning the regional championships in the 4x400 relay. She was a four-year varsity starter, an All-Gazette selection, and a state champion her senior year. In the summer, Emily had an internship at the LAB school in Washington, D.C.
AT COLBY
Emily is majoring in Education and Art History at Colby, and also serves as a Colby Cares About Kids mentor. She is a special education teacher's assistant at the Williams School in Oakland. Emily works for the Colby Art Museum and the women's hockey team.
2017 season highlights: Martin started in 14 games for the Mules, finishing with two goals. She also led the team in assist with four.
2016 season highlights: Martin played in all 15 games for the Mules, making nine starts. She finished the season with two goals and an assist. Martin was named to the NESCAC Fall All-Academic Team.
2015 season highlights: Emily started in 14 games for the Mules and finished the season with one goal, two assists, and five shots.
2014 season highlights: Martin started in all 16 games for the Mules and finished the season with one goal and eight shots.
