Why I chose Colby:  I chose Colby because of the combination of strong academics, the highly competitive lacrosse program, and the sense of community on campus.

Game Day Superstition:  Having Audrey braid my hair!

Career Highlights (through 2023): Helmer has played in 14 games in her career with the Mules. She has recorded 10 points in her time at Colby, scoring two goals against Southern Maine.
