Ashley Eddolls comes to Colby after three seasons as head lacrosse coach at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
At Puget Sound, Eddolls coached 3 All-NorthWest Conference Selections and coached midfielder Cat Schilli ('26) to two school records (All Time DC leader, All Time Goal scorer). Before Puget Sound, she served as an assistant coach at Methodist University (2021-23), where the team secured 10 All-USA South Athletic Conference honors. As a graduate assistant at Messiah University (2019-20), she focused on recruiting and goalkeeper development, helping the Falcons maintain their status as a national powerhouse.
A decorated student-athlete at Rhodes College, Eddolls became the first player in Rhodes women's lacrosse program history to be selected for the Senior All-Star Games held each year. During her senior season, Eddolls started all 19 games and tallied 52 goals with 21 assists while collecting 141 draw controls, 48 ground balls, and 29 caused turnovers. Over her career Eddolls was a three-time First Team All-Southern Athletic Association midfielder and earned three All-Region honors from the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaching Association (IWLCA).
Eddolls’ diverse coaching background also includes being a recruiting director and coaching multiple club teams including 253 Lacrosse, Chaos Rising Lacrosse, CitySide Lacrosse, and Team 91 Carolina.
Eddolls holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Educational Studies from Rhodes College and two Master’s degrees from Messiah University in Higher Education and Special Education.
