BEFORE COLBY
Sasha graduated from Greenwich Academy and played field hockey, ice hockey, and lacrosse. She captained the hockey team, was recipient of the Rose Herbert Athletic Award, and an FAA All-League selection in all three sports. She was a member of the Mid Fairfield Under-14 national championship team and was the third-leading scorer in the tourney.
AT COLBY
Sasha is a double major in Economics and English at Colby. She is a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and is a Learn to Skate volunteer.
2017 lacrosse season highlights: Sasha made the IWLCA All-Region First Team and the All-NESCAC Second Team after finishing third on the team in scoring with 43 goals and nine assists for 52 points. She was second in the NESCAC in conference goals (28) and fourth in conference scoring (28 goals, 5 assists, 33 points). Sasha was seventh overall in the league in goals and ninth in scoring. Fritts was tied for the team lead in free-position goals (9) and added 20 ground balls, 11 draw controls, and 10 caused turnovers.
2016-17 ice hockey season highlights: Fritts played in 16 for the Mules this season. She had two assists on the year. She has 11 goals and 16 assists heading into her senior year.
2016 lacrosse season highlights: Fritts played in 13 games for the Mules in her sophomore season, making five starts. She finished fourth on the team in goals (13), third in assists (6), fourth in points (19), and added nine groundballs, five caused turnovers, and had 31 shots.
2015-16 ice hockey season highlights: Fritts played in all 25 games for the Mules, finishing with eight assists and a team-leading nine goals.
2015 lacrosse season highlights: Fritts earned IWLCA All-Region Second Team honors in her first year. She led the NESCAC in shot percentage at 82.1 percent, scoring on 23 of her 28 shots. Sasha appeared in 12 games for the Mules in 2015, making one start. Sasha finished the season with 23 goals and three assists. Sasha was also three-for-three in free-position attempts. Fritts compiled six ground balls and four caused turnovers.
2014-2015 ice hockey season highlights: Fritts played in 24 games in her first season with the Mules. Sasha finished the season with two goals and six assists. She finished in a tie for 14th in the NESCAC in rookie scoring.
